Don't Look runs this shop and is responsible for the personal information it collects. This page explains what that is and why.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and what you bought, so we can deliver it and keep the records the law requires (six years for tax).
• Commission requests: your name, email, your description and any photos you send, to quote for and make your piece.
• The email list: your email address, only if you sign up and confirm. Every email has a link to leave.
• “Notify me” requests: your email and the piece you asked about.

Card details are taken by Stripe on its own secure page; we never see or store them.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the shop work: Stripe (payments), Royal Mail (delivery), our web host and our email provider. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

Cookies

The shop only uses cookies it needs to work (keeping forms secure, and signing the shop’s owner in). Your bag is saved in your own browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, so there’s nothing to consent to.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@dontlookbycatt.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
