These terms apply when you buy from Don't Look.

Handmade pieces

Every piece is made by hand, so small variations in colour, size and finish are part of it and are not faults. Photos are of the actual piece unless the listing says it is made to order, in which case yours will be made to match closely.

Your order

Prices are in pounds and include everything except delivery, which is shown before you pay. Your contract with us starts when we email your order confirmation. If something goes wrong with stock and we can’t supply your piece, we’ll tell you straight away and refund you in full.

Commissions

Commissions start once the deposit is paid. The deposit covers materials and design time and is non-refundable once making has started; the balance is due before the piece is posted. Because commissions are made to your specification, they can’t be returned for a change of mind.
