Everything is packed by hand and posted within 3 working days of your order (made-to-order pieces take longer; the listing says how long). We ship to UK addresses with Royal Mail.

Small pieces such as earrings: Royal Mail 2nd Class £2.95, or Royal Mail Tracked 48 £4.50.
Larger pieces such as knitwear: Royal Mail Tracked 48 £4.95, or Royal Mail Tracked 24 £6.95.

You’ll get an email with tracking (where the service has it) when your order is posted.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email, then send the piece back, unworn and in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty. We refund the item and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting it back, to the card you paid with.

Some things can’t be returned just because you’ve changed your mind:

• commissions and anything made to your own specification or personalised;
• earrings for pierced ears, once the hygiene seal or backing card has been opened, for health reasons.

Something wrong?

If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll put it right with a repair, replacement or full refund, including postage. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
